3 in NC charged with obtaining weapons to use against US after FBI raid

GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — Three people in Gaston County were charged Monday with obtaining weapons to use against the United States.

Officials did not say if it was tied to ISIS or other terrorist groups.

Authorities said Christopher Barker, Christopher Campbell and Walter Litteral were arrested.

Barker and Litteral were charged with trying to transport and distribute a bomb.
