Car crashes into pole on MLK Jr Drive in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A car crashed into a utility pole on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive early Friday morning.

The crash happened around 3 a.m. between Dorothy Brown Street and Randolph Avenue.

Police said they don’t know what exactly caused the crash, but the driver is nowhere to be found.

Officers said they were just driving by and saw the car smashed into a pole.

A lane of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive may be closed later this morning for pole repair.
