[Update 8:40 p.m. July 24] — Abraham Louis Eaddy, 83, was located in Florence, S.C., in good health and has been reunited with his family, according to Greensboro police.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man in Greensboro.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Abraham Louis Eaddy, 83, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Eaddy is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 183 pounds. He has short gray hair and brown eyes.

Eaddy was last seen at 2314 N. Church St. wearing dark green khaki pants, a dark blue jacket and a dark blue hat.
