WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman who was last seen Wednesday in Winston-Salem, according to authorities.

Tamara Lynn Mallory is described as a 47-year-old white female, standing 5’6” and weighing about 170 pounds with long blond hair and blue eyes.

Authorities said she walks with a limp on her right side, has a small scar on her left cheek and tattoos on each shoulder, fingers, hand chest and lower back.

Police said she was last seen at 5000 Stockdale Place in Winston-Salem on Wednesday. They said family and friends have not heard from her.

She was last seen operating a yellow Ford Mustang with N.C. license plate DEM- 9900, according to police.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with any information on Mallory’s whereabouts can call police at (336) 773-7700.
