A burger from a restaurant founded in North Carolina has been named America’s unhealthiest fast food burger.

Eat This, Not That! has named the half-pound Thickburger El Diablo at Hardee’s the worst fast-food burger in the country.

The burger has 1,380 calories, 92 grams of fat (31 grams of saturated fat), 3,830 milligrams of sodium and 84 grams of carbohydrates.

That’s the fat and sodium equivalent of three entire Big Macs from McDonald’s, according to the article.

“(T)his bunbuster has nearly 75 percent of your entire day’s calories and as much fat as a dozen Taco Bell soft beef tacos. Beware,” the article reads.

The restaurant’s third-pound Low Carb Thickburger is recommended as a better alternative.

Hardee’s was founded in Greenville, N.C. in 1960, but is headquartered in St. Louis.
