Popular Greensboro restaurant to close, reopen with new concept

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A popular, well-known Greensboro restaurant will close later this month.

According to the Triad Business Journal, Josephine’s Kitchen will close on June 27.

By the end of July, owners Sarah Keith and Chris Blackburn will open Scrambled in its place, the Business Journal reports.

Scrambled will be an eclectic diner that specializes in breakfast and lunch.

Keith and Blackburn will continue to offer catering and special events services under the Josephine’s name.

Scrambled will be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
