FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Authorities are looking for a man who ran from a North Carolina courthouse, stripped naked and then jumped into a nearby creek.

WTVD reported that 19-year-old Jocquail Amear Clemmons fled during a pretrial hearing Tuesday afternoon in Cumberland County.

Officials said Clemmons learned his bond would be revoked and then ran out of the courthouse, headed across the street and into the woods while stripping off his clothes.

Deputies reportedly chased the suspect into the woods and to the creek where they lost sight of him.

The suspect is pictured above. It is unknown if he is armed at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
