Update — James Clifton Parke was found in Cleveland County, according to WBTV. Police say he is in good health.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man in Charlotte who may be traveling to Mocksville.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for James Clifton Parke, 86, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Parke was last seen at 3431 Foxcroft Road in Charlotte. He was wearing a light colored short-sleeve dress shirt with a pocket, light colored Dockers pants and brown shoes.

Parke is 5-foot-10 and weighs approximately 186 pounds. He has short white hair, brown eyes and wear glasses.

He may be driving a 2005 silver Toyota Camry, with the North Carolina plate XVS-1266, toward Mocksville.
