Food Lion flasher in Graham pleads as habitual felon

GRAHAM, N.C. — A Burlington man pleaded guilty as a habitual felon earlier this week.

Robert Lloyd May, 27, of Burlington, was charged with felony indecent exposure on July 31, 2014, when he exposed himself to a woman and two children outside the Food Lion located at 1780 W. Webb Ave.

He was also charged with one count of misdemeanor indecent exposure after another woman reported seeing him exposing and touching himself outside the store, according to the Times-News.

May was also convicted  for indecent liberties with a child in 2009.

The judge sentenced May to between six years, five months and eight years, nine months in prison.
