KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. — A woman has died after falling about 150 feet off a North Carolina mountain on Saturday afternoon, according to The Gaston Gazette.

The identity of the victim has not been released. Witnesses said a family of about four or five was taking pictures at the park at the time.

The victim reportedly suffered head injuries and died after emergency workers could get her off the mountain.
