Greg Hardy’s guns to be auctioned off
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Former Carolina Panther Greg Hardy’s guns are going to be auctioned off.
WCNC reported that Hardy turned over his weapons after he was arrested last year on domestic violence charges.
Hardy was ordered to surrender the guns, which were part of the domestic violence investigation.
The Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office seized the weapons and will auction them off at a later date to be determined, according to WCNC.
Hardy now plays as a defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys. The case against him has been dismissed.
Hardy was accused of choking his then-girlfriend, throwing her around, dragging her by her hair and threatening to kill her.
