NC school photographer arrested at school on picture day

BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. — A school photographer was arrested at a North Carolina junior high school on picture day on a charge of child abuse.

WLOS reported that Brandon Lee Faulkner, 35, had an outstanding warrant for misdemeanor child abuse.

He was arrested in the gymnasium at Koontz Intermediate School in Asheville during spring picture day at the school on Thursday.

The school principal sent a note to parents explaining there were no kids in the gym at the time of his arrest.
