GREENSBORO, N.C. — A vehicle accident led to a business being evacuated on Tuesday afternoon.

The accident happened near the intersection of North Spring and West Smith streets.

Police say the crash broke a gas line. As a result of the broken gas line, Windshield Glass, located at 510 N. Spring St., was evacuated as a precaution.

No one was injured in the accident, police told FOX8’s Stephanie Ando.

Firefighters and Piedmont Natural Gas employees are in the process of making repairs to the gas line.
