WENTWORTH, N.C. — Rockingham County prosecutors dropped charges Monday against a former Reidsville High School booster, accused of offering oral sex to two students, after she pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Greensboro last month to receiving child pornography.

Stacy Setliff, 44, of 1224 Richardson Drive in Reidsville, now faces five to 20 years in prison and a maximum $250,000 fine, according to her plea agreement.

Her sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 27.

County prosecutor Spencer Morrow told Judge Christine Strader he was dropping the local charges filed against Setliff since the case moved into the federal court system.
