Randolph County man arrested on multiple drug charges

RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — Deputies arrested a 25-year-old man in Ramseur on multiple drug charges Tuesday.

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice Unit searched Donovan Lee Crump’s home, located on 5144 Graves Thomas Road, for drugs.

Detectives seized 620 grams of marijuana, 13 dosage units of Alprazolam, drug paraphernalia, $6,525 and a 2008 BMW from the home.

A stolen firearm was also found at the home.

Crump was arrested on felony possession of marijuana and other drug related charges, possession of a stolen firearm and resisting a public officer.

He was placed under a $30,000 secured bond.
