Former Panthers player Greg Hardy suspended for 10 games

NEW YORK — Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy has been suspended for the first 10 games of the regular season, the National Football League said Wednesday.

Hardy was suspended for conduct detrimental to the NFL.

Domestic violence charges against the former Panthers player were dropped in February in Charlotte.

Greg Hardy’s first game eligible to play as a Cowboy would be against the Panthers.
