GREENSBORO, N.C. -- When you dial those three numbers, 911, you can rest easy knowing the person on the other end of the line is going to help you no matter what.

At the Guilford Metro 911 Center in Greensboro, two of those operators could use a little help themselves so their co-workers and the first responder community in Guilford County are making that happen.

Today they held a hot dog sale at the 911 center complex to raise money to help the pair with expenses while they are out of work being treated.
