Update — The ramp from East Lee Street to U.S. 29 is now open, but narrowed.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A single-vehicle crash knocked down power lines early Thursday morning in Greensboro.

The crash brought down power lines on the ramp from East Lee Street to U.S. 29 southbound.

The ramp is closed and could cause delays during the morning commute.

Crews anticipate the power lines will not be out of the road until about 9:30 a.m.
