COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. — Police in Virginia are investigating after a video posted online shows a group of what appears to be high school students in a fight until one teen has a seizure.

The video of the fight was uploaded and viewed nearly 1 million times on the website WorldStarHipHop.

It shows a group of teens surround a car in a parking lot near a Cook Out. The teens open the car door and coax the passenger out before the fight breaks out.

Then, the passenger is knocked to the ground and begins to have what appears to be a seizure.

In the video group members yell at the passenger on the ground to get up.

A witness called 911 after seeing what happened.

“I think someone out here is having a seizure,” one 911 caller said after she witnessed the fight. “He’s lying there and I don’t know if he’s breathing.”

The passenger of the car was later identified as a Chesterfield high school senior. His father told WTVR he woke up during the ambulance ride to the hospital.

The teen was released from the hospital the following day.

A social media post about a girl could be what started the incident according to the teen's father.
