STOCKTON, Calif. — The “hot convict” arrested in June of 2014 after a gang sweep has signed with a modeling agency from jail.

Jeremy Meeks signed a contract with White Cross Management and will begin modeling for them after he is released from a Nevada prison.

Meeks’ mug shot went viral last year after a police department in California posted the photo to their Facebook page.

Now, Meeks has his own Facebook page with more than 200,000 likes.

Meeks is planning to use his time in jail to get his body ready for his modeling career.

“I’m in a place where I will be able to provide for my family and really change my life,” Meeks told ABC News. “I never thought that everyone in the world would recognize me for my looks, so I feel extremely blessed and very thankful.”
