MYRTLE BEACH S.C. — Janelle Evans’ fiancé has been arrested and charged with domestic violence after the two got into an altercation last week, according to US Magazine.

The 23-year-old “Teen Mom 2” star from North Carolina told police that her 27-year-old fiancé Nathan Griffith pinned her “against a toilet and forcibly removed an engagement ring from her finger.”

But the suspect claims he would never lay a finger on her. He said she got upset and took off her engagement ring, according to US Magazine.

The alleged incident happened after an argument Wednesday at their home in Myrtle Beach.

Evans is from Oak Island in Brunswick County and starred in MTV’s “Teen Mom 2,” a reality TV show about young teenage mothers.

The couple has been dating for about two years and announced their engagement earlier this year. They have one child, Kaiser, together, who they welcomed back in June. Evans is a mother of two.
