Duke Energy has reported more than 130,000 customers with outages across North Carolina with the following outages locally, as of about 2:15 p.m.:

  • Alamance County, 676
  • Chatham County, 7,960
  • Forsyth County, 1,024
  • Guilford County, 4,597
  • Rockingham, 2,521
  • Randolph, 953

Officials say the snow has been wet and heavy, weighing down trees and powerlines.
