After-school violin program opens doors in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Playing an instrument has its benefits academically and socially, but outside of school programs, it can be difficult for families to afford lessons or even the instruments themselves.

As FOX8’s Natalie Wilson explains, that’s part of the reason why an after-school violin program at Archer Elementary has become so important to students and their parents.
