Winston-Salem police looking for man missing since Tuesday

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Winston-Salem police are looking for a missing man who authorities said has not been seen since Tuesday.

Police said they are looking for 44-year-old Eduardo Mendez Hernandez, who was last seen at his apartment at 100 Stagecoach Road at about 4 a.m. Tuesday.

Hernandez is described as about 5’6” and about 140 pounds. Police said he is blind in his left eye.

He is believed to have left the apartment on foot and was last seen wearing blue jeans and tennis shoes with no shirt.

Authorities are concerned for Hernandez’s well-being. Police said he was not wearing the right clothing for the cold weather and may have been intoxicated at the time.
