CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Vice President Joe Biden is continuing his tour of the Southeast with a stop in Charlotte today.

Biden is expected to talk about more funding for roads.

He will be accompanied by Secretary of Transportation, Anthony Foxx.

They are focusing on a more than $400 billion dollar proposal to pay for transportation improvements nationwide.

The proposal isn't getting much support in Washington, so they are trying to get the public's support on the road.
