TRACY, Calif. -- Kiersten Silva is daring those who stole her "spirit" and her precious gems and jewelry, to return them. Silva's message to the brazen thieves is loud and clear, as she placed nine signs all over her front yard in Tracy. She believes she got a description of the man too.

Tanzanite, rubies, all types of gems she has collected since she was 4 years old were stolen from her car. It's possible she left the car unlocked, as there was no sign of forced entry.

Those who took the jewels also took a blow dryer, as well as her gemstone identifier with bluetooth and wireless in it. Meaning, the thieves could be tracked down by Tracy Police as they investigate.

There are other clues as well, and detectives plan to leave no stone unturned.
