RALEIGH, N.C. -- The victim of a road rage incident in Randleman went on national TV on Sunday for an interview with "Fox & Friends."

Sherri Norman discussed her experience with Fox News in a satellite interview from Raleigh.

The incident happened as Norman was driving Jan. 24 in Randleman and involved another woman driving in an SUV.

Norman started recording on her cellphone, anticipating some form of road rage from the woman.

The video shows Kristin Leigh Phillips, 40, of Randleman, getting out of her vehicle and trying to assault Norman. Norman gave a copy of the video to police. Phillips was arrested on Monday.

Phillips has been charged with reckless driving to endanger, assault and battery, injury to personal property, driving left of center and two counts of communicating threats. She has court later this month.

Video of the incident quickly spread on social media. Norman’s YouTube video currently has more than 1.3 million views.

In addition to Fox & Friends, the story has also attracted attention from “Nancy Grace,” “Inside Edition” and "The New York Daily News."
