Burlington police searching for runaway teen missing since last month

BURLINGTON, N.C. — Police are seeking public assistance in locating a runaway juvenile who has been missing since last month.

Jeffery Woodrow Pruitt, 15, was last seen on Dec. 21, 2014, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and black shoes.

Pruitt was assigned to the Ethel’s Footprints group home at the time of running away.

Police say he left on his own accord and there is no indication of any suspicious conditions associated with his leaving.

Pruitt is believed to possibly be in the Reidsville area.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Pruitt is asked to call the Burlington Police Department at 336-229-3500.
