An overboard Royal Caribbean cruise ship passenger was rescued from the water by the crew of a Disney cruise ship.

A video of the rescue was posted to YouTube on Sunday by David Hearn.

According to Florida Today, it is unclear how the Royal Caribbean passenger got into the water.

Disney Cruise Line told Florida Today that someone aboard the Disney Magic spotted the Royal Caribbean passenger in the water Thursday morning as the ship was approaching Cozumel, Mexico.

Disney credited a combination of keen-eyed passengers and crew from the Magic with the rescue.

In a statement, Royal Caribbean said the “22-year-old male guest from Oasis of the Seas went overboard near Cozumel, Mexico. He was spotted by a crew member from another cruise ship, and picked up. We are grateful for the other ship’s assistance.”

The man was transported to shore for treatment.
