Michael Buble keeps promise to teen near NC, SC line with free Xbox

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. — Michael Buble has kept a promise he made to a high school student living near the North Carolina, South Carolina line – an Xbox.

WYFF reported that the singer personally arranged the gift for Dusty Hardee, a Spartanburg County, S.C. teenager, after hearing an inspiring story about him.

WYFF did a segment on Hardee during the Christmas season last year. It was about how Hardee used his Christmas money to buy gifts for others.

The TV station aired the segment right before doing a satellite interview with Buble. Buble heard the story and was moved. He even talked about it on air.

The celebrity said he was going to get a gift for the boy. And he did.
