Update —  The Silver Alert issued for Tessa Lee Wilson has been cancelled. Police said she is safe, but could not confirm where she was found.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Tessa Lee Wilson, 24, who may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Wilson was last seen at Sloan Street and Logan Street in Greensboro. She was wearing a blue/black jacket, grey t-shirt, grey sweatpants and black/grey bedroom slippers.
