MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 23-year-old bride in Tennessee could have had a pity party after being left at the altar. Who could blame her?

Instead, Shelby Swink’s wedding photographer, Elizabeth Hoard, suggested a “trash the dress” photo shoot.

The day originally scheduled for her “big day” turned into a photo shoot where Swink was surround by family and friends.

Since then, her “trash the dress” photo shoot has gone viral.

Swink’s dress is on display at The Barefoot Bride in Memphis and a portion of the proceeds from every dress purchased there go to the non-profit Be Free Revolution.
