Man threatens to cut people after shoplifting from Walmart

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police are investigating after they said a man shoplifted hundreds of dollars in goods from a Walmart and threatened to cut people.

Police said Robert Potter pulled out a knife when workers confronted him at the store on Dave Lyle Boulevard.

Officers found him across the street with crack cocaine on him.
