Two men arrested for felony breaking and entering

LEXINGTON, N.C. — Police arrested two men for felony breaking and entering as well as larceny.

Monday, officers responded to a call at 332 Beech Drive.

First they arrested James Stone Jr., 42, of Lexington, in response to a warrant for his arrest.

Police then learned that James Mize, 23, of Lexington, was also at the home.  Both were in possession of a stolen air compressor.

Stone then identified the address where he and Mize stole the air compressor. Police were able to return the air compressor to the owner.

Mize and Stone were placed in the Davidson County Jail under a $25,000 bond.

Their court date is set for Jan. 22, 2015.
