Deputies say Elisha Walker, 20, has not been seen or heard from since Oct. 23.

Walker’s family and friends say she usually stays in contact with them through calls, texts and social media. They say it is unusual for her not to post on Facebook.

Walker is described as a 5’8″ and 120 pounds. She drives a 2000 silver Pontiac Sunfire. The N.C. plate on the vehicle is homemade from paper that reads BAJ9758.

A Salisbury officer reported seeing  the car driving on Highway 150 on Oct. 30, but had no reason to stop the car at the time.

Authorities say Walker often travels to both Durham and the Camp Lejune area.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office at 704-216-8683.
