Stalled freight train forces busing of Piedmont 73 passengers

A stalled freight train prevented Piedmont 73 from making its Raleigh-Charlotte trip this morning, according to the N.C. Department of Transportation Facebook page.

Passengers will be dropped off by bus along the route instead, N.C. DOT.

One bus left Raleigh at 9:35 a.m. and will drop off passengers who were departing from Raleigh; another bus left Cary at 10:05 a.m. and will drop off passengers who were scheduled to depart from Cary and all other locations along Raleigh-Charlotte corridor.
