RALEIGH, N.C. — Police have arrested a suspect in connection with an up-skirt peeping incident, according to WTVD.

The Raleigh Police Department said Thursday that tips from media coverage led them to 26-year-old Pierre Ulysses Coley. He is charged with felony secret peeping.

Coley allegedly used a cell phone to take a picture or video up a woman’s dress on Oct. 12 at a Super Target store on Old Wake Forest Road in Raleigh.

Police released surveillance photos of Coley shortly after the incident last month asking for public assistance in identifying him.

Coley was also charged with secret peeping in March 2013 in Wake County. He also faced peeping allegations in the Nash/Edgecombe County area in 2012.
