List of places in the Triad where you can get a flu shot

The Davidson County Health Department is offering flu vaccine by appointment only. The health department will be following the guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control for giving the flu vaccine, which recommends providing the vaccine to anyone age 6 months and older. You must have an appointment and you may call 336-242-2510 to schedule the appointment.

Guilford County Health Department
To make an appointment for a seasonal flu vaccination at either the 1100 E. Wendover Avenue location in Greensboro or the 501 E. Green Drive High Point location, call (336)641-3245.

Flu shots will be given in Clinic 3 of the Health Dept at 799 N Highland Avenue, Winston Salem during the following hours:
Mon/Tues/Wed 8:30am-3pm
Thurs 9:30am-7pm
Fridays 9am-12noon
Clinic 3 is a walk in clinic; appointments are not necessary.

The Health Department can bill Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurances. Shots will be given by appointment, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), at the following times:
8-11 a.m.
1-4 p.m.

The Stokes County Health Department will be hosting several flu clinics throughout the county.
– Oct. 17 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Piney Grove Middle School, 3415 Piney Grove Church Rd. in Lawsonville.
– Oct. 24 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Southeastern Stokes Middle School, 1044 N Main St. in Walnut Cove.
