GREENSBORO, N.C. — A woman was robbed at knifepoint Friday morning as she was getting into her vehicle, police said.

Police responded to the 1900 block of Sheldon Road at about 7:05 a.m.

A man armed with a knife approached the woman from behind and demanded money, authorities said.

The man took property from the woman and ran, police said.

The victim was not injured.
