4th arrest in fatal Winston-Salem nightclub shooting

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A fourth man has been arrested in connection with a Winston-Salem night club shooting that left one man dead and another injured.

Desmond Lamont Redd, 24, was arrested Thursday and charged with accessory after the fact to murder in connection with the death of Anthony Gerard Roseboro, 30.

Roseboro, of Winston-Salem, was shot about 2:30 a.m. during a fight at Cue ‘n Spirits at 8100 North Point Boulevard. Police said several shots were fired during an incident that involved a large number of people.

Roseboro died at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

A second person shot in the fight was identified as Wilbert Howard Johnson Jr., 28. Johnson was treated at Wake Forest Baptist and released.

Three other people face charges in connection with the shooting. Devin Travonne Leach, 19, and Bobby Devonte Mankins II, 22, both of Winston-Salem, were charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Jamar William Miller, 23, of Winston-Salem, was charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
