Derek Jeter, in his final at-bat at Yankee Stadium, hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning, knocking in the winning run to beat the Orioles.

It was an ending so perfect that even Jeter admitted, "I don't even know what just happened."

After hugging his teammates, Jeter made one last trip out to his home at shortstop to say goodbye.

After the game, Jeter announced that it would be his final game at shortstop, although he would still serve as the Yankees’ designated hitter for at least part of this weekend’s series in Boston to close out his career.
