Adult, juvenile suffer laceration wounds during altercation in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — An adult and a juvenile suffered laceration wounds during an altercation in Greensboro Tuesday evening.

Officers responded to 200 Berryman Street around 5:30 p.m. in reference to a disorder call.

Upon arrival, officers located two victims suffering from laceration wounds. The investigation revealed that two juveniles were involved in a physical altercation, in which one of the juveniles used a sharp object to cut the other.

Another person present on scene attempted to separate the two juveniles. This person was cut by another party who was described as a black female, with a dark complexion, approximately 55 to 60 years of age, 5 feet 7 inches tall, medium build, with hair braided and wrapped up in a cloth.

This suspect fled the scene in a gray sedan prior to officers arriving.

The juvenile victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, while the second victim was treated by EMS on scene for non-life threatening injuries.

An investigation is ongoing.
