Raleigh police nab suspects in shooting, string of robberies

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police say a tip from the public helped them make arrests in a string of robberies, and a shooting Monday that injured two people.

WTVD-TV reported that authorities have charged 32-year-old Joshua William Bower and 23-year-old Johnathan Lee Joyner in connection with the shooting Monday night at the Courtney Place Apartments off Louisburg Road.

A woman and 10-month-old girl were hurt.
