Woman accused of stabbing man multiple times in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A woman has been charged after a man was found with multiple stab wounds inside a home in Greensboro overnight.

Police responded to the stabbing at Hardie Street around 12:45 a.m.

Sterling Little was found with multiple stab wounds and transported to the hospital where police say he is in critical condition.

Tenequa Hope Tyndale has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious  injury and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.

Tyndale is being held at the Guilford County Jail without bond.

The area between West Florida Street and Carpenter Street is closed to traffic  while police investigate.

Motorists should use alternate routes.

The investigation is ongoing.
