  • Someone Who Knows Him

This is the second time this has happened. Both parents were arrested the first time. The parents are cousins of each other. The baby was found at a friends house last time. They need to lock this guy up and throw away the key. He is a multi-time felon who has 3 other children and does not see or support them. He has been in prison for drugs, guns, assault and battery, breaking and entering, stalking, non-support, grand theft larceny, and a bunch of misdemeanors. What I am wondering is how he is still walking around free. He is a true menace to society!
