Winston-Salem man robbed at gunpoint, suspects sought

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Police are search for two suspects after a Winston-Salem man said he was robbed at gunpoint at his home at Braehill Apartments Thursday evening.

The victim told police that he was backing his car into the garage at the apartments around 5 p.m. when an older model silver BMW pulled in behind him and a man got out and approached him.

He said the suspect then pointed a small compact semi-automatic handgun, and stated “give me your money.”

The suspect, along with another person in the vehicle fled the area with personal items belonging to the victims.

The suspects fled the area in the vehicle last seen towards Peacehaven Road. No injuries were reported.
