GREENSBORO, N.C. — Three men have been arrested and charged after they allegedly robbed a taxi driver and a passenger late Saturday night in Greensboro.

Anthony Theodore Hughes, 28; Gregory Rodney Jones Jr., 39 and Mario Allen Graves, 36, have all been charged with armed robbery.

Police said it happened around 11:50 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Northridge Street as a female passenger was getting out of the taxi.

The suspects allegedly approached the victims and robbed them with an unnamed weapon. After that, they allegedly ran south toward Spring Garden Street.

Police said the suspects were arrested shortly after the incident and additional charges are pending. The investigation is ongoing.
