‘Rednecks’ compete in 14th annual ‘Bubbalympics’

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Several self-proclaimed “rednecks,” “bubbas” and “bubbettes” competed in Rock 92’s annual “Bubbalympics” Sunday at Wet-N-Wild Emerald Pointe in Greensboro.

The one-of-a-kind competition featured bobbing-for-pigs-feet, the toilet seat toss and the human cannonball. Scores were based on showmanship, creativity and poise.

Scottie “Tiny” McDowell is a three-time Bubbalympics champion. Check out footage of the event in the video above.
