CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two daycare workers are charged in connection to an infant who died while in their care at a Charlotte daycare last June.

Shanita Wright and Stephanie Johnson are both charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

WBTV reported that Logan Bryant was just four months old when he died in the care of two daycare workers at Chesterbrook Academy on June 10, 2013.

The official cause of death was ruled Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). But the baby’s parents questioned the ruling.

Autopsy reports revealed paramedics found Logan on his stomach, a direct violation of North Carolina law.

Chesterbrook Academy was put on a probationary license for one year beginning on November 22, and school officials told WBTV the two daycare workers were no longer employed there.

Typical low life ignorant culture! They weren’t trained nor did they care about the law! They need a long jail sentence!
