LITTLETON, Colo. — Two children were injured when a bounce slide was swept up by a gust of wind over the weekend, according to KUSA.

On Saturday, witnesses said the bounce slide was blown 300-feet across a park during the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Jamboree in Littleton.

“All of a sudden, it picks up, and there’s a girl going down the slide. She flies about eight feet in the air,” Vanessa Atencio told KUSA.

A 10-year-old boy was taken to a local hospital for evaluation, but his injuries were not serious. A girl was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Last month, two New York boys were hospitalized after a strong gust of wind blew an inflatable bounce house high off the ground while they were playing inside.
